Dynamite space! Very big. We were shooting interviews and wanted to achieve 3 different looks and we were able to achieve that in the studio very easily. Also parking is AMAZING. Makeup / green room was dynamite and we put it to use.

With this city being as big as it is, it's normal to expect a few pros and cons when planning your filming in Glendale. However, doing research can net you a venue that offers more advantages than disadvantages.

Advantages

  • Location
Being only eight minutes away from Los Angeles has its advantages. Glendale has a smaller city feel that many people do enjoy but there are more options in cities nearby that appeal to those that seek a change of pace.

  • Crime rate
Glendale is known to be one of the safest cities in the USA, with a crime rate that is 30% below the national average. You can rest assured that in this city, there is a very small chance of you being involved in a crime.

  • Climate

Disadvantages

  • High cost of living

With all the amenities in the city located some distance from each other, it's clear that Glendale is a car-oriented city. There are public transportation options, but they are often slow and get caught up in traffic.
