Jamison has a beautiful space, with a great backyard area. Jamison was good at communication and responsive.
However, load in is really tricky as the only entrance to the home is via a stone path through a shallow river. This leads to issues for loading in large amounts of gear or equipment.

Great location for our interview shoot.
The location needed to be accessible so Aaron measured the doorways for us to make sure they would be ok for the wheelchair width required.
There aren't many accessible interview / filming locations in LA and Aaron's property was one of the few we found that also suited our requirements in terms of space and style.
For full accessibility we hired a ramp for the small front entrance steps but that wasn't a problem.
Aaron was very accommodating and the team had a very successful shoot.
Would definitely recommend!

Karen is an exceptionally gracious host! She was communicative and provided a very welcoming environment for our cast and crew.
Her home is beautifully decorated and looks very high-end through the lens which was perfect for our commercial production. The neighborhood has a great option for parking at the Penmar Rec. Center a block away and logistically everything went smoothly, we couldn't have asked for a better location to shoot!
