Spacious and sunlit brutalist loft with a stunning panoramic view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline and the MacArthur Park Lake. Tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides of the loft, featuring iconic concrete architectural arches on one side and clear views on the other.
A haven for interior design & architecture enthusiasts. One of select few spaces accented with meticulously curated authentic space-age and mid-century designer furniture. The sun radiates this space beautifully all morning, day, and evening long with varying shades of natural light for perfect golden hour or morning light.
