Absolutely great space! It is super dynamic and multipurpose! I was able to use this space for two scenes in my music video, it was also equipped with extra gear for me and my crew to use which was lovely. My crew also really appreciated the full kitchen as well as the fact that the space had AC, so we weren’t boiling up. The chandelier is dimmable and attached to pulley so it can be lowered and raised as needed - that was really important and the piece is big and beautiful. Lastly, Rohan and Ted were great and welcoming hosts. They also put me in contact with a beautiful painter named Candace who’s work we incorporated into the project and it was awesome!
This beautiful open space with loft has all the character and comfort you'll need for the perfect photo for video shoot, or quiet intimate meeting or gathering. The building was originally a factory that was converted into studios and managed to keep all of the character that gives this space its charm.
Exposed brick, iron girder's, clear glass swing and a huge retractable antique chandelier are just some of the many features of this space. North facing windows ensure great light for any photo shoot or corporate video shoot. It also boasts a full modern kitchen, 3 piece private washroom, forced air heating and air conditioning and parking. This space offers a lot of options and makes it easy to create in.

Great loft studio space. Amazing props and fixtures that are unique. Easy and short flight of stairs. Great parking availability and the access from parking to the unit is excellent.
